Samkrama Deepthi 2025: The Radiance of Transition was a memorable celebration of unity, spiritual depth, and cultural diversity, at Kerala School, Vikaspuri, Delhi. The event was jointly organised by Chavara Cultural centre, Delhi, Catholic Bishops' Conference of India (CBCI) Office for Dialogue & Desk for Ecumenism, Panchajanyam Bharatham, and HRDS India, beautifully brought together people from all walks of life to honor India’s rich tradition of interfaith harmony and shared heritage. Celebrating Diversity and Humanity Samkrama Deepthi marked the transition from the holy month of Ramayana (Karkidakam) to the vibrant and prosperous month of Chingam, encapsulating the essence of Onam. The central message was clear: celebrating diversity is celebrating Bharat, and celebrating Bharat is ultimately a celebration of all humanity. Each segment of the evening—music, dance, and reflections—highlighted the transformative power of coming together across faiths and backgrounds. Honoring Dignitaries and Faith Leaders The event was graced by distinguished dignitaries, including Rev. Dr. Mathew Koyickal (CBCI), Swami Atma Nambi (HRDS India), ambassadors from Malta, Timor-Leste, and Peru, as well as religious and community leaders representing Hindu, Christian, Islamic, Sikh, Buddhist, Zoroastrian, Baháʼí, and Jain traditions.
